The team comprises of Karen Barnes, Sarah Horne, David Ragg and Dennis van Wonderen and combined they have decades of experience in the industry. Ragg, for instance, has been in the flower business for 25 years and was present at the Interflora World Cup and the Europa Cup representing the UK. If his name seems familiar to you then that may be down to the fact that his ‘Progression’ exhibition won gold at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show last year.
Like Ragg, Barnes has also been awarded a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show and she currently is part of the Flowers & Plants Association board having spent nearly 20 years running her own flower business.
Adding an international feel to Interflora’s team of florists is Dutchman Van Wonderen, while Horne is ranked by The Independent newspaper as one of the top 50 florists in the UK and has also been named as the Royal Horticultural Society Florist of the Year.
